Built as an additional dwelling unit on our family’s property, this ICF-to-the-roof Step 5 build was an especially rewarding project. It provided the opportunity to experiment with new methods and refine details in a hands-on setting. The process became a valuable learning experience, and several of the ideas and techniques developed here have since been carried forward into future builds.
